Easiest workaround?

Long story short, I’m tired of this driving exam nonsense. I have been driving abroad for over a decade now, and yet failed the exam for the second time on absolutely ridiculous grounds.

What is the best workaround? Are there test centres with higher pass rates/less lame examiners? Or another country to get the licence on to do a transfer to the UK?
