Anime showing original folder and season together

Hi everyone,

I've switched over from plex to jellyfin after some of the recent updates to Plex that I have not enjoyed. Starting to organize things again, and of course anime is always the worst to do. Attached screenshot, doing the scan, it is showing both seasons, but also the original folders that they are in. I've seen this for a few others as well. Is there a way to remove the 1st 2 and only actually have the season?

Also is there an easy way to organize Monogatari, as there are like 5 different ways to watch the show.

Thanks
