Strabismus information and experiences

Hi all, I have daughter she 2.5 years old. We noticed her strabismus when she was around 1 year old and since then we are visiting the doctor every 6 - 9 months. And this is what the diagnoses is DIVERGENT CONCOMITANT STRABISMUS

Her strabismus only appears if the focus is beyond 3m, and noticeable if she is tired. If its less then 3m her eyesight is great.

We visited multiple doctors and they all have different opinion on how this should be handled. Some sugest surgery now others say years later, some say that surgery might not be necessary and with time the eye will correct itself.

On the last appointment we got prescribed glasses • O.D 1.5 dpsh • O.S 1.5 dpsh Still dont know what is thair use.

Ive asked about some exercises for us to do but only the pencil exercise was mentioned.

Can some one share thair experience with a case like this?

Any literature about this subject and possible exercises links would be great.
