[Product Request] looking for a new moisturizer to help with acne and oilyness

Hi, I'm a teen with oily,sensitive ish and acne prone skin ,my face has a lot of blemishes and I often get whiteheads. My face always gets really uncomfortable 3-4 hours midday after moisturizer and stuff it's like dry but also feels oily, I think its cuz my face is not hydrated enough so it produces more oil, and also clogs up my pores and caused acne, I want to try out a new moisturizer so can you guys recommend me some good moisturizers/cleansers I should get? Preferably not too expensive

Current products: FANCL dash wash, cerave pm moisturizer and 2 japanese acne creams, I'm also getting laneige cream toner soon
