Need to split up the partnership

Basically I started a company with a guy I once worked with and rather than drag out all the details basically after nearly 18 months I want to stop working with him, I live in Scotland and it’s a Ltd company we have. The company isn’t worth anything just the tools and van we both bought together, since we started we’ve both put in equal money for the van, tools bills etc.

The reason I want to split is he does very little to zero work but still gets a hefty wage every week, I’m fed up of doing all the work and he sits on his phone all the time, we’ve already spoken about this a good few months ago and he agrees he doesn’t do as much as me and has taken a slight wage cut although he’s still getting paid too much.

I want to completely separate from him and go my own way but not sure how to go about it, any advice would be very much appreciated
