moltted skin ?

hello, i have moltted skin all over my thighs thats deep purple . iv had it continuously for around the past 2 years . before this i got diagnosed with pityriasis rosea as i had discolouration under my skin that was purple and green and near black all over my back, arms , neck , and stomach. A&e never gave me anything to help with it and said it would go away over a few months but its stayed for the past few years . with the moltting on my legs it sometimes gets darker and much more black. I also go through chronic headaches that feel like my head is being squeezed, and I always have a cold. Recently, I’ve been having much worse fatigue , where from 4pm some days after school im knocked out for the next 10 hours and then im up for the rest of the night. I’ve recently told my mum ab the moltted skin and I got blood tests and the doctors think i have vasculitis but we have to wait another week to get the results . I feel very off though and I keep noticing the purple discolouration on my skin, with some areas are going black. I also get stomach pains alot but I’ve had that since a child which dihorrea all the time but I’ve just been told i probably have ibs .My dad and aunt are both doctors and have told me not to worry and just wait for blood results as im still functioning. Should i be concerned?
