Unrealistic Customer

I had a shopper this week whose order was bundled with 2 other orders , she was Order A of course … 😅🙃… she ordered from CVS and wanted 2 Smart Waters , Kcups, creamer cups and a folding lawn chair … at CVS… I am in Florida and my cvs does sell them however the specific one she wanted was not in stock.. I messaged her and waited for the store manager to check the back room and what should have taken me 5 minutes according to the app took a whopping 15 with the wait time. While chatting with her and sending her photos of the options available she asked if I could go to Dicks Sporting good (20-22 minutes from where I was) and pick one up for her and supplied me with the address… Lady respectfully , hell no. I ended up refunding the chair and didn’t respond until I finished my other two shops. I let her know that Dicks is offered in the app and she would have to make a separate purchase but who asks someone to do that with a $2 tip .
