Does Vogue Germany have the worst costumer service or is it just me?

I ordered several Vogue Hoodies, magzines and other products in the past years. As you all know, they're not cheap (a Hoodie is around 139€). Since I bought a few items in the past years, I'd say I'm a regular customer. Once I received a Hoodie with a STAIN on it! I contaced the costumer service, they told me they want to be environment-friendly (which I support) and for me not to send it back, but they will give me a 15% discount on the Hoodie. Although that's better than nothing, I feel like there could've been done more, especially because even after washing the Hoodie, the stain is still visible! Recently, I wanted to order something on Black Friday (which I usually don't support, but I wanted those items since years and thought I'd take my chance). The discount code didn't work and I contacted them with Screenshots, showing that this was before midnight (at least from the location I was ordering from, but still, it should work, it did with other websites, too!). Even though I attached Screenshots, I got a very rude response that they won't give me a functional discount code since the offer has expired (because obviously, they contacted me the next day). I got back to them with a screenshot and a screen recording, showing that by that time, the discount code should've still worked. They told me they couldn't identify a date and therefore my proof is invalid. I sent them another proof, showing what day it was (as you know, on Apple it only shows a date if it's not the current week). Since that, I'm being ignored. There's no option to review the customer service either, which is why I'm here, especially since this is not the first time I'm being disappointed by them. I love Vogue and it's really frustrating to see that they don't care about their customers. Am I the only one or did you have bad experiences as well?
