Lag spikes

I have lag spikes for a few days,it happens every few seconds and it’s annoying,can’t craft,can’t fight … I tried different games ,cod ,battlefield ,Fortnite and eso,all are working fine,the issue is only ffxiv They change something with ddos attacks ? I have internet from Starlink ,play ffxiv with it since 2024 with no issue
