Choice Social application not processed?

Does anyone have tips or suggestions on how to get an application processed by Choice Social?

My wife and I were hoping to attend our first event at Choice Social in Providence last night (Little Black Dress night 12/6).

We submitted our application on 11/7, and have not heard anything about it since. We sent a follow-up email on 11/21 saying we were hoping to have our application processed in time for the 12/6 event. We also left a voicemail, and have called a few other times hoping to catch someone on the phone.

We have not heard anything back at all. No phone calls, no emails. The last we heard was the automated message on 11/7 that our application had been received.

Are we doing something wrong? Any tips on what we need to do to be approved so we can try to attend a different event?
