ETS leave flight

good morning (or night for you overseas),

i am currently stationed in Korea and ETSing in a few months from here, will the army only strictly fly me to my home of record or will they allow me to “pick” where i go? i’d like to road trip from Seattle to NYC as a hurrah of freedom (on my own dime of course).

am i allowed to order a hotdog with ketchup or is that too taboo? thanks
