Thinking about going to Greece as a refugee — need advice!

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to go to Greece as a refugee, but I don’t know the Greek language, and I don’t have a real career yet.

If I get there somehow, can I get some temporary help from the government until I find a job and a place to live? (I’m Yemeni, by the way.)

Also, would it be possible to get a job, even something like a cashier at a grocery store?

And how much are salaries generally? How much should I expect to spend on food and a shared apartment?

I have a lot of questions because I’m trying to completely change my current life. Any advice or personal experience would be really appreciated!
