Abbott and return of recall sensors, anyone had any success?

Checked and entered two sensors on their site, http://freestylecheck.com a week ago and have heard absolutely nothing and received nothing other than the auto-reply acknowledgement email after entry; Re-entered sensors again yesterday; Attempted to call (in USA), 855-632-8658, at least 7 times over the last week at various times, and get the recorded message your wait time is over 30 minutes, could not do that; tried having them call me back, it immediately cut me off when I answered the call back; anyone else had better success? Very disappointed in Abbott’s customer service of this issue, would have expected better handling;
