If you ever had a girl reach back out after ghosting you, what was her reasoning?

Was it to apologize? To try and get back together? How long were you dating/together for before she cut contact? Did you do something wrong to deserve it?

I recently got ghosted after 3 great dates, where I saw a lot of potential with this girl. Everything seemed fine, with equal interest in both directions. But she ended up canceling our 4th date after giving a “my dog has poor health” type of excuse. I checked in once after that, asked her if everything was okay, and never heard back from her.
