How did you manage with life?

For all those people who successfully left their dead bedrooms- how did you cope with the emotional pain of it? Ending relationships with someone you deeply loved? What did you do to make that change? Have you been able to find companionship and love, a relationship again?

I am in this crossroad where even though I love her, I don’t have the patience for another year of rejections and false hopes. I want to end this with utmost respect, care and compassion if things don’t work out by the deadline set.
