Car under 20 Lac

I have budget of 20 lac. I want to buy a car, I am okay with both sedan or hatchback. This would be my first car. Can you guys recommend me what car I can buy?

A friend of mine has Suzuki Swift 2010. He offered it to me in 21 lac. I am not sure if that is good price.
