Herbal smoking in Egypt

Hello. I've been looking at herbal smoking, and found this heavily marketed brand Ancient Naturals. But I'm hoping to talk to people who are into this stuff, so they can tell me if this brand is good, if there are other brands out there, and if herbal smoking is worthwhile altogether.
