Entering on CR1

Hello! I was issued an Cr1 visa recently however I will be entering probably the day after our anniversary. Will I be issued an IR1 stamp on my passport as well as the GC ? I know that in accordance to law your marriage needs to be longer than 2 years. Some people said that one day after is not enough. I don’t know if that’s true because in law it only says about more than 2 years so theoretically one day exceeds that day
