New boots are smaller and I don't know if they fit my bindings safely
Had my bindings mounted last year. My boots had the sole 325 mm long now I got new boots with a proper boot fitter and they are 10 mm shorter so only 315 mm.
My bindings are Tyrolia Attack 11 and thing is they mounted the part of the binding which is movable too far back. So with bigger boots it was good but now when I move the heel piece all the way forward it holds the boot securely but the indicator of the pressure on the heel shows not enough pressure. At least that's what all the setup guides say. In other words the lever with the lines indicating pressure is sticking out too much.
Is this usable or do I need to get the front part of the bindings moved 10 mm backwards?
If it was fine like this then my boot center would be 10 mm forward compared to the recommended center. Is that going to have any noticeable effect? My skis are Elan Ripstick 96 188 cm.
