Pissed/Confused at My Friend

Suggested grabbing dinner to our friend group after an event at a place I really like, and one person (we'll call her Jackie) hearted the message. The others in the group couldn't make it to the event.

Flash forward to the event, and Jackie brings another friend (Becky), and says hi to me and says they're leaving now and are going to eat at the place. No invite or anything.

I wind up leaving the event and going to the restaurant myself. I see them in there, but idk if they saw me. Sat at another table.

Anyways, just wanted to vent. Felt super awkward and would have suggested we all eat together, but they were in such a rush to leave. I was fine if you wanted to eat by yourselves, but some heads-up would have been nice.
