Manfriend and I did anal... it went well. But after, there was a smell. An embarrassing, enough to make you sick scent. There was no mess other than lube drip (this happened on white sheets- I checked)

He said "lets go shower" afterwards and we did. I showered first then him he made no attempt to clean himself or anything while I was showering, he was standing there naked talking to me there was nothing on him.

Google has not been helpful. How do I stop that smell from happening next time? Or is this a "that's just what happens" type deal?
