How to make Gay friends?

I am M24 just going through NS right now.

It's been a weird term of events as I found NS experience such smooth sailing even as a gay individual. Outside of NS, I am good friends with most of the girls and queer friends that I made throughout the years but I do realised I don't have any friends in the community... I try the apps but our conversation will only go so far or one time kinda thing..

I know there some LGBTQ+ spaces that holds events and stuff but I'm kinda shy to go... Esp if I don't know anyone there... It's awkward I think HHAHAHAAH

So yea! Any tips for me? Or do any of you wanna be friends?
