What Nat 5s are good for abyss dungeons

So I have loads of random Nat 5s that just sit there in my storage that I don’t use, I don’t play Rta and I got Lucky and got Shazam and thebae from ld scrolls, I was wondering what Nat 5s are really good to make a speedy team for giants or any abyss dungeons, or should I stick with the ftp teams
