Are there many "old maids" in this community?

I watch this ex-Amish YouTuber who helps people leave Amish churches. He estimates that ratio of men who leave to women who leave is like 20:1. So this creates an imbalance and a number of old maids. But he doesn't necessarily think they are looked down on in the Amish communities. And there is usually work for them as nannies,maids,teachers, waitresses, Etc...

Do you think it's the sane for Baptist fundamentalists? Or are they more likely to relax their standards if a woman approaches a certain age?
