As the title says, I'll be a little guide here for Unbeatable DEMO. Y'know, for fun, since I also don't have much to do. Here's how I'll do this;  
I'll go from top-left, and work my way to the bottom-right. After the journal is done, I'll also include some stuff that is easily missable, but not small things (Like one extra dialogue) Do keep in mind that some things in the list do things that can make others unobtainable, so read first, do second. I'm going by order on the journal, not order of availability.  


Do let me know if this breaks any rules. I read through them and didn't find anything against this.  


Quaver's Poster  
\- Play through the game. You get this after making a poster.  


Beat's Poster  
\- Play through the game. You get this after making a poster.  
\- Note that both Beat's poster and Quaver's poster stop time from progressing after a certain point, making it impossible to go into night.  
\- This and Quaver's Poster are avilable after entering the lighthouse in the Lighthouse section of the map for the first time.  


Gachapon  
\- You can get this in the Town area.  
\- First get Quaver, she's needed as Beat's broke and Quaver has enough for this.  
\- Next to the "Nine Two Five", there are a set of small machines, it will give the prompt "Gachapon" Interacting with it twice while Quaver's with Beat, and you will get the Gachapon.  


... Baseball?  
\- I'm not sure if you need to talk to the kids outside for this, but do talk just in case.  
\- In the Town area again, inside the Whacktown, talk to the clerk. You can do easy mode if you want, but it won't give this.  
\- Beat the hard mode (Or the not-so-easy mode as the clerk calls it), and you will be given the ... Baseball?  


Moonlit Flower  
\- You need to NOT make posters for this. You can get Quaver with you if you want, it really doesn't matter. You can come straight here or get Quaver and come here without entering the lighthouse.  
\- In the Whacktown building, before you make posters, beat whacktown until it's night. I am not sure if you need to beat hard mode for this, so do that just in case.  
\- When it's night time, there should be different music and yellow text.  
\- Get right back into the minigame to get an even harder "nigtmare mode". Finishing this rewards you with the moonlit flower. It's hard, but I could manage, so maybe you could too.  
\- Don't get out before you beat nightmare mode, as Whacktown's doors are locked at night, so getting outside will make you unable to get back in.  


Bar Menu  
\- Before it becomes night, beat the bar minigame by talking to the bartender in Sally's (Above Books and Brew) in the Waterfront area. You can do this right after getting the key for the building (I'll get to that), the timing of the minigame doesn't matter, it just has to be before night time.  
\- After that, you can go to whacktown and make it night, get the moonlit flower if you want, but to get the Bar Menu you need to go back to the Sally's Bar and talk to the bartender again. You will be given the Bar Menu if you did the minigame beforehand.  


Tape Runner  
\- Two parter. Order not necessary.  
\- In the Rest Area, go in front of the vending machine. You will get a prompt. After finishing the short sequence, you will have done 1 of 2 things for this.  
\- In the Town area, around the left side of the railings, there is another prompt that leads to a similar sequence. Do that too, and you'll get the Tape Runner once you do both.  


Lighthouse Photo  
\- Unavoidable.  
\- Near the start of the game, in the bar, after talking around, you will get the key to the house next door. To the left of the bar, you can enter and go to the rooftop. Going to the next building's window and breaking in, the photo will be inside.  


Lighthouse Photo with Quaver  
\- Once you take all the photos with Quaver, when she "goes somewhere" go to the Lighthouse in the Lighthouse area. You will see a prompt near the middle of the area. You can take the photo there.  


Shack Photo  
\- Already given when you start the game.  


Shack Photo with Quaver  
\- After taking the first photo at Waterfront, go back to the shack. There will be a new prompt. You can take the photo here.  


Waterfront Photo  
\- Already given when you start the game.  


Waterfront Photo with Quaver  
\- Near the bar again at Waterfront, when at daytime (Any time other than night) with Quaver, Beat will automatically put you in a cutscene/dialogue. After that, you can take the photo here.  


Rest Area Photo  
\- Already given when you start the game.  


Rest Area Photo with Quaver  
\- At the Rest Area, once you take the Waterfront photo, you can take another near the vending machine.  


Sewer Access Codes  
\- No clue what these are for in the slightest but it's lready given when you start the game.

Here's some extra missable things that I completely missed on my first playthrough:  
1: In Waterfront, near the staricase that goes to the Neighborhood, you actually can enter a building! This isn't enterable before the cutscene with Beat walking in dark (not the dream sequence), so I get why it's missable. Inside is a Cafe with a few things.  


2: In The Shack area, in the screen that's focus is the generator, you can move to the left and go the the Waterfront area from there instead of walking to the end of the area.  


3: In The Shack area, if you jump behind the rocks to the right of the shack, you can get to a secret area with a flower. No clue what it's for, but it's there.  


4: At night, phamplets can have different prompts. You need Quaver with you for these, but I don't know the specifics. There's a lot of choices, and after checking one, you return to the usual phamplet prompt of 4 choices.  


5: You can jump on the box next to the Cafe I mentioned at the first missable. From there, you can get on the buildings and near a billboard. You can then vandalize the billboard.

(Marked spoiler just in case) GUIDE FOR JOURNAL || I finally managed to completely finish the journal in Unbeatable DEMO! But, I never really found a guide though, other than asking people online. So I though "Why not BE the guide?" So here I am.
