Will extending an outlet be a fire hazard?

Hello, new homeowner here that wants to extend an outlet for mounting a TV.

My outlet has 2 black, 2 white, and 1 ground. The black & white are plugged into the back of the outlet like normal, not the side screws. Am I able to leave those back-plugged wires untouched and just add new wires for extending around the side screws with ground wrapped around ground?

So: Plugged into back of outlet(2 black right, 2 white left), 1 ground around screw Plugged around screws on top((1 black right, 1 white left), ground wrapped around ground - This is ADDED So 6 wires total on the 1 outlet?
