Who is this guy?

There is a guy named Usman who is always messaging me and my friend on bumble. He keeps telling us both he is in university. We were talking about this when a friend told us he is married and has 2 kids, but he says he is single and studying in university. He keeps telling us lies and asks about hotel bookings using excuses that come I will show you my “company projects”.

Who is he? We keep finding out whatever he says is nonsense.
