Need tips for a 16yo ftm with bad body dysphoria, religious family and environment

This guy shared that he couldn't shower for weeks bc of body dysphoria, that he's suicidal, that his family would kill him if they knew and he can't tell anyone in his enviroment. He's looking for online trans friends, and he isn't religious personally

I'm worried ... What can we do to help him?
