M3 MBA wake from sleep issues on TB dock

Anyone else have issues with a standard USB keyboard plugged into a TB dock (currently using a CalDigit TB3 plus dock) not working after waking the computer from sleep whereas other USB devices (like the mouse) work fine. I have to physically unplug my USB keyboard and re-plug it in after waking the computer from sleep to get it to work again. Are there any ways to fix this?

I also have this same issue when using a cheap USBC dock instead of the TB dock, so I don't think the dock is the issue. Thank you for any help you can provide!
