I need behavior help

So I recently returned from college and I have my dog back. He is a ten year old golden doodle. While I was away it appears that all the training he had has disappeared. My brother lets him sleep in his room so the nights when my brother isn’t home he spends the night barking and scratching at my door to get in. I have tried taking him on walks before bed, making sure he has gone to the bathroom (I take him out once he starts barking but as soon as we are back inside he starts again) he was crate trained when he was younger but me and my brother being dumb kids at the time we did not keep up with the training. Some nights he will sleep ok outside of my room but other nights he wakes me up repeatedly with barking and scratching. He also doesn’t listen to commands well even with treats as encouragement. Any help would be greatly appreciated
