Special moves

Hi guys I finished victory road story (its so great!!) And now I am playing chronicle and other modes while doing my dream team.

But I have a doubt, a lot of characters have a slot for special moves like kenshin, mix max, etc but in all stores of the game I only see nornal shoots.

How I get moves like those?

Thanks.

Pd: I know some characters have them but I guess there is a form to get those for others without stealing it to the original owners ...
