Orgasms post op

I’m 4 days post op! Vaginal hysterectomy just uterus and cervix removed. Tubes and ovaries were left. I didn’t meet my surgeon/gynae consultant before I left the hospital. I was in for 3 days. Just after surgery I met him and he explained it was an awkward enough surgery given my age - 39, my uterus was higher than he was expecting. Other than that, I don’t really know anything else.

I got the usual no driving for 6 weeks, no sex 6 weeks, no heavy lifting. Just the usual generic talk. Nothing really specific to me.

My pain levels are crazy - the first few days have been fairly hard to managed though today I am feeling much better.

My hormones are all over the place - def feel like I need to release. Pre surgery I would have a serious high sex drive. I’m just worried because I don’t really know anything about what way my insides are. I don’t mean internal because I know that’s a no go but I wonder if I could externally. I don’t know anything about if I had a vaginal cuff so if damaging that is a possibility.

Anyone in a similar situation as me?
