Rejsebillet app not working

I purchased a ticket from A-B, but there are no options for B-A, just an error ID which leaves to naught. The option to travel B-A has to exist if I look st SydTrafiks schedules. Anybody had prior issues with this, and maybe you knos some potential fixes? Mange Tak!
