Where to complain for not receiving OR after real property tax payment???

Hi. I hope someone can answer my question. Saan po pwedeng mag complain or i-escalate ang concern if I have not yet received my official receipt for paying real property tax? It’s been 1 month since I made the payment thru bank cash deposit, plus consistent phone calls to follow up sa office ng treasurer where my property is located. Until now wala pa din akong na re-received na OR even sa e-mail man lang. Thank you po!
