AITAH for preferring to move rather than live with my bio parents and siblings?

This might get long but I'll try to make it quick anyway.

My bio parents were 19 when they had me. My dad's parents stepped in and raised me because my bio parents didn't want to/couldn't and were doing a pretty terrible job from what I know. I didn't have much of a relationship with my bio parents for years. My grandparents were my parents in every way that counted. The times I saw my bio parents it was awkward. I always hated knowing I'd be seeing them at something. They just acted very weird around me. They were upset I didn't call them mom and dad but they also didn't like anyone putting responsibility of them.

They had another kid when I was 8. They were around less but called way more after they had their first actual kid, and I say their first actual kid because they never parented me. I lost my grandma when I was 11 and when I was 12 my grandpa needed to go into a care facility, which meant I didn't have my parents/guardians anymore.

My bio parents said I should move in with them but my uncle (bio dad's brother) offered to take me in too. It became a kind of legal battle and I stayed with my uncle in the short term, but then it became long term because someone from the court sat down and interviewed me about what I wanted and I chose my uncle. And the courts respected my decision, which was unexpected but a huge relief.

At that point my bio parents started making sure I saw them and their kids (3 kids at the time) more. They tried to make us bond but I didn't see them being actual parents to their kids. They let them get away with being rude and demanding and the spoiled them like crazy. My bio mom would buy them stuff or offer them treats to make them cause trouble away from her. Like if they were taking food from the adults and the adults complained she would promise something or give them something so they'd go and steal off the kids.

My uncle's job got transferred to another state and he's going to move for it. I'm planning on going with him. I'm 16 and I still don't want to live with my bio parents or siblings. But my bio parents are going crazy and they're doing what they can to win custody and stop my uncle from taking me out of state. They told me I need to try and have a relationship with them and their kids. But I'm not interested. They have 4 kids and they're all badly behaved and they don't parent them or teach them how to act. I don't want to live with that shit and I don't really feel anything for them. It's not like I'm so close to them and love them or that I always wanted to be back with them.

My bio parents are really pissing me off and they're saying I'm pissing them off and hurting their feelings because they've been trying for years and I keep rejecting them. They say it's not just them but the kids. And that I'm moving halfway through high school when I don't need to. They said I act like I hate them. I told them it wasn't about hating them. I hate seeing them, but not them. I told them I just don't know them very well and I haven't liked what I've seen.
