Maintenance at Mouser Electronics

Hi I've been in industrial maintenance/general maintenance for about 10 years now. Lots of knowledge across all platforms. What's it like working Maintenance at mouser? Been seeing a few jobs posted up in my area (texas) and Mouser is A LOT closer to where I live VS where I work now. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks
