Is this hsv?

I have had some rash pains the last couple of weeks (sex with a condom) and now I'm seeing these sores but no blister or real itchyness. No fever. I'm going to get tested next week but can someone help me here. I have red dots in a small area and it's shiny with fluid. I'm not curcumsized either. It seems to be starting to heal but I'm so nervous. Any suggestions?
