Anxiety driving me insane and sad

Ok ,so u know I will try to keep it short my life is kinda messed up academic slump which hasn’t left me for a good while my dads out cause of job ,my mom works too .I don’t have friends, I am always alone and then I get some anxiety stuff where I feel really low sad and I feel I would lose my parents and would have no one .I just wanted to idk let it out cause it’s draining
