10x5 tape or 5x5?

hi. I’ve gotten a bit tired of wearing my binder and reckoned I’d treat myself to tape this Christmas. Currently, I have two options.

The first one is to buy random ‘boob tape’. Said tape is cheaper than the second option, but it’s 5cm wide. Both are 5 meters long, so it’s just the width I’m looking at here.

The second option is to buy specifically dedicated ‘trans tape’ from a local queer brand that I got my binder from. It’s 10cm wide, but also more expensive. Like, much more expensive lol, which is making me apprehensive.

For the price that I can buy the boob tape, nipple covers, baby oil(for removal) and pay for the delivery, I’d be able to buy one roll of the trans tape, not including nipple covers, oil and delivery. I don’t necessarily mind paying extra, but I am admittedly a little bit stingy with my money, so I’m not sure if it being 5cm wider than the boob tape is really worth it.

What do you lot think? Go for the 5x5, or the 10x5?
