Are there any ways to practice this kink with a switch dynamic?

As the title suggest, im wondering if there's any possible way to explore this kink with both being switch. I really like the idea of controlling someone with something to blackmail them, but im a switch, so somedays all I want to do is being controlled, told what to do and stop thinking. Any of you had experience with a switch dynamic involving blackmail? I mean, I can think of both giving infos to each other and then decide who's the Dom for the day but wouldn't that give the sub the illusion that he could "fight back" since he also has infos about his dom?
