GPU problem

Hi everyone I have a problem in my pc, Config: Rtx 5060 8gb R5 7500f 32gb ddr5 Gigabyte b650 eagle ax

When I launch a heavy game like Apex, Fortnite all these games my games freeze every second for random times until it even crashes the sound which makes a super creepy noise, I alt+f4 and my PC continues to freeze even though there is nothing open I have to restart it each time but the PC does not crash on other games like cs go, r6, nfs heat (some freeze but it's not huge)
