Am I paying my Nanny enough?

My Nanny is more a house manager than anything she cooks cleans runs errands takes my baby to the park does learning activities laundry dishes and anything else I need. She works part time 8-24 hours a week can pick whatever days and hours she wants since I’m a SAHM. I offered benefits but she declined as she works a full time job elsewhere with good benefits as she stated to me. She does get guaranteed pay though and I pay for her mileage; rate is $35/hr, is this fair?
