Received a call to come to court tomorrow

So I have caught public drinking in delhi and was taken to police station, there he got me to sign a pabandi nama and a conviction slip , no fir or anything and told me i will receive a call from him to pay chalaan at court, then i got a call from him after 15 days, he asked for 5000 bribe and i refused, now after 45 days i got a call from him that i have to appear in court tomorrow, now my questions are:

1. What will happen
2. Should I hire a lawyer for this ?
3. What would be the chalaan i have to pay (online it shows maximum 5000) and this is my first time for any case or going to court
