Working at a restaurant(Buffalo Wild wings) is such a love hate relationship I can’t work anywhere that’s not a restaurant anymore but man do I have some stories.
1. A few weeks ago some lady got mad at me because her website said ready in 15 minutes on a Friday night I told her something along the lines of “yes maam understand but on our end were unfortunately unable to change that so it’s bothering us too” then she mocks me and says “well UNFORTUNATELY yall need to do better and as I’m saying this her order finished and she yells at me saying she wants fresh fries because they’re cold (the box wasn’t hot because they just put the fries in there btw 💔)

2. People just placing a whole order with ME under the big sign that says TAKEOUT and they wanna dine in after they pay and they’re like oh we’re dining in btw and I was like “oh let me ask a manager idk if I can change it but maybe” she tells me no because they’re taking a server table and they loose money. I explain to them I’m like well it’s not allowed because the server looses money since they can’t help you because you already ordered what you wanted and all that. I tell her if she wants to refund itd take about 5 business days and she gets mad saying that’s bullshit why 5 days and I’m just like idk we’re not bank 💔

3. Last thing I’m gonna rant about was a lady calling the store saying she ate half her burger and it’s raw so we’re assuming it’s pink right? WRONG. she returns it to us for proof my manager takes it to the back shows us and it’s just well done it literally looked like 🟫 my manager said it’s well done leaving it on any longer would’ve just darkened the color that’s all so yeah.

The thing is I might sound mad on these rants but that’s how I blow the steam off. In person you can’t fall for this L rage bait you just gotta accept it because I’m no better if I start yelling in a restaurant I’m grown no need for allat 💔
