EQN credit delayed for Hyatt Vacation Club?

I recently stayed 5 nights (thanks to the "get 5 free nights" SUB for the WOH cc that existed back in 2024) at the Hyatt Pinon Pointe in Sedona AZ. I checked out 8 days ago.

My brand explorer has not updated nor have I received 5 EQNs. I tried calling Hyatt (2x) but the connection was so bad (could literally hear other conversations on the line) that I gave up and did the chat feature. The chat person told me that it can take up to 15 days for Vacation Club stays to be reflected ... but this was AFTER she needed me to clarify what an EQN is.

Has anyone had this experience before? Just wanting to get it sorted well before the end of the year. Thnx.
