Green screen of death

Recently bought a new xfx 9060 xt gpu and it was very unstable, had to restart pc multiple times to get signal. Figured out i need to update bios, which seemed to fix the issue. Couple days ago it started green screening randomly, increasing in frequency. I am able to replicate the green screen when stress testing the gpu in the amd adrenaline software.

Xfx 9060 xt 16gb

Asus b660 prime plus d4 (bios updated)

i5 - 12400f

be quiet 650 w 80+ bronze

G. skill aegis 3200 mhz 32gb cl 16

2 SSD

1HDD

Here are the fixes i have tried so far:

Windows repair, reseating gpu, tried 3 different monitor cables, 2 different monitors, CMOS, ram reseating, disabling pcie native power management in bios, changing pcie x16 to gen 4, instead of auto, disabling xmp, in command promp i did sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.

in windows event viewer it gives warning disk event id 153 and whea event id 17. I really need help with this.
