Getting diarrhea from just drinking water?

I'm doing one meal a day and dry fasting for 20 hours, I start by drinking water with sea salt at 10am and eat around 1-2pm and start dry fasting till the next day, since yesterday morning when I began with drinking water with sea salt after an hour or so it felt like gas but it was liquid number 2, today the same thing happened after drinking just water and sea salt (and do note that it's been almost a day since I last ate or drank something) and after an hour the same problem, very watery diarrhea, went to the gym drank more water came back and more watery diarrhea, stopped drinking water and ate and just took a very small sip of water after that.

This is day 7 on carnivore for me, issue began on day 6, any idea why I'm getting diarrhea from drinking water?
