Looking for a right handed cyborg type keypad with a joystick

Hello I am a pc gamer and I csn only use my right arm due to medical issues, I currently use a 26 button programmable mouse to play with and I was wanting something with a joystick similar to cyborg keypad but they only make those for left hand use. Does anyone know where I can find a right han usable one, thank you.
