Build and party suggestions for a "casual" Human Noble origin?

Hi everyone, I've played this game before and I love it. My latest run was a blood mage who was super powerful, I even got to face and defeat Flemeth in her dragon form after my hole party was down (to be fair they all did their job appropriately haha, I finished it)

An origin I've never finished is the human noble. I'm looking forward to play the game again, but this time in easy (thus the "casual" in the title). I want to play as a sword/shield warrior but not a tank focused warrior (I know two handed or rogue would be best but I just want to be a dude in heavy armor with a sword and a shield).

Another thing would be what companions would fit better this character: I want to roleplay him as a bit of an arrogant noble. I usually go all the way as a good character, being humble and nice. Once I was an evilish elven rogue/assassin which was cool, but my companions were kinda pissed at me 😅

So, to summarize:

1- what would be a sword/shield/heavy armor build for a noble warrior human playing on Easy not focusing on tanking?

2- which companions would fit or sinergize better with an arrogant/tough like character?
