Guild advice needed for a newbie

Hi yall! I started playing this a few days ago, absolutely loving it. I know ill spend many time on this game, therefor im asking this

What is the best way to go about in a guild? Atm im in a guild, joined trough the auto apply feature. Im not sure how to see how 'good'/active this one is. All i can see is '1 level' next to the name.

Is it important to join a 'good' guild? If so, how can i determine if this one is a 'good' one? If i were to be adviced to join a different one, how do i do that? How do i get into/ find a better one?

What things do you advice me to do in the guild itself? What do i invest my currencies in? What tasks are important (for ex. beauty courses, wellfare etc.)? How do i get a better store lvl? This guild store is lvl 1

And then, can you guys explain as much of you can in 'simple' words what the features do? Ex. i have no idea what the Support things do.

Sorry if this post is confusing, i really dont use Reddit much 😅

Thanks in advance!
